After running the wash filled my tub full of murky grey water, I gave Raptor a call on a Sunday morning desperate for help. They were able to schedule me for the same day and Zach arrived earlier than anticipated. He was professional, thorough, and informative. While there were some highs and lows of the feared worst-case scenario, he was able to clear the blockage and provide valuable information about how to potentially rectify the issue in the future for my 120+ year old home. Do I want to have to call a plumber? No. Will I call this company in the future? Absolutely.

Sump pump alarm was going off. After the great service I received in May 2024 I called Raptor Rooter. Chris was my technician, advised me and explained to me what was wrong. I chose to have a new pump installed. Chris got it installed and stayed and tested to ensure it was working properly. Highly recommend their service. Excellent Job on Sewer Issue
What an excellent, excellent job they did on my sister’s sewer issue. The young man, Tryston, that they sent out was there for over four hours, trying to figure out why her sewer line was blocked, and he was not gonna give up until he figured it out. She only has one toilet in the house and has not been able to use that toilet for over a month. She was not wanting to call anybody because financially she just couldn’t afford it, so we as a family stepped in, not knowing the situation until just recently and called what we now know is a very, very good company to handle the issue. So thank you so much to this wonderful company and this excellent employee that did not give up!! We will definitely recommend and use this company again!! So thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sticking with the job and getting it completed.

Absolutely outstanding!!! In addition to snaking the drain, he flushed the floor drain with hot water from the water heater while clearing the line. He also ran the washer on a cycle just to make sure the drain cleared quickly! We have had him and Tryston out now to fix both times. My wife and I sincerely appreciate Tryston coming out at a moment's notice on a Sunday when the basement flooded. Also for Garrett coming out after 5 p.m. tonight. It is very hard for my wife and I to get time away from our jobs as we both work at hospitals, so we appreciate it so much that Garrett was able to come out late.
