Depending on experience and performance, our Commercial Journeyman Plumber can earn $38.00 – $45.00/hour. We’re all about pay transparency — what you see is what you get. We also keep prevailing wages separate from our posted ranges.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
About the Role
Our Commercial Journeyman Plumber completes high-quality work for new commercial builds and remodels. Skillfully overseeing helpers and training apprentices, you ensure we complete efficient, exceptional work for every project. Throughout the job, you maintain accurate documentation, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete high-quality commercial plumbing work for new builds and remodels
- Oversee helpers and train apprentices on the job site
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout each project
- Monitor project progress and report updates
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and safety regulations
- Follow and apply UPC codes in Washington and Idaho
- Complete projects to standard without direct supervision
Qualifications
- Washington PL01 license
- Commercial plumbing experience
- Working knowledge of industry hazards and safety precautions
- Ability to work on prevailing wage jobs
- Ability to follow and apply the UPC in Washington and Idaho
- Ability to supervise and train apprentices
- Ability to complete projects without direct supervision
- Ability to climb ladders, carry heavy equipment, crouch, and perform other physical responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Idaho journeyman license
- 5+ years of experience
