Monthly – $13.99

Annually – $167.88

Priority Scheduling – Members receive priority placement ahead of the general service queue.
Annual Plumbing Maintenance – Includes a full inspection, diagnostics, drain checks, and overall system review to catch problems early.
Discounts on Services – 10% off repairs, water heater services, and drain services.

Waived Service Fees – No dispatch fee and no after-hours fees, providing great value during emergencies.

Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully before enrolling:

Membership Agreement

Membership Eligibility: Benefits apply only to residential plumbing systems. A plumbing inspection may be required before benefits or warranties apply. Pre-existing or recommended repairs must be completed before membership benefits take effect. Repairs declined at inspection will not qualify for benefits if completed later.
Payment Terms: Enrollment authorizes automatic billing of membership fees, services, and taxes based on your selected billing option (monthly or annual).
Term Length: Minimum 12-month commitment required to receive full benefits.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 14 days before the next billing date to avoid charges. Cancellations must be made through Raptor Rooter & Plumbing’s approved channels.
Refund Policy: No refunds for unused membership portions.
Early Termination: Canceling before 12 months requires reimbursement for any discounts, waived fees, or services received.
Payment Failure: Membership benefits may be suspended or terminated if payment cannot be processed or is reversed.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Raptor Rooter & Plumbing be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services provided under this membership. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the membership. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.
