He was super professional, seemed very knowledgeable on everything and saved me so, so much money. Money I didn't really have. ramzy ramzy30 days agoI had a leak underneath the kitchen sink, so I called 2 companies to get an estimate. The first company said we need to replace 2 water lines and the faucet and will charge me $400 . Raptor rooter sent Calem Morris, and he said we only need to replace 1 water line and the faucet, and they will charge me $860. I am like, what a joke. he will charge me more than double for less work. I understand if it was 50 or 100 dollars more, but double that is ridiculous. I will never call them again and I don't recommend them to anyone. P.S. Of course I hired the other company for the job.Posted on Google

He was timely, personable and really knew what he was doing. The job was done quickly and thoroughly and he provided me with all the options/quotes/estimates as he worked so there were no surprises in the cost. Flooded my basement and took no responsibility. Told me sewer line was broken and would have to dig up cement patio, garage floor and backyard to replace it st a cost ogmf $20k. Said floor drain in laundry room was frozen $7k to fix. Said no hot water..need new water heater. Camera through line by someone else showed no break. It showed hydro pressure treatment was not really done as pipes were full of roots. Karen Rositas396 days agoWe had a clogged. I think it’s called the P-trap and if it was a mess they had to work so hard to get to it. It was just unbelievable I couldn’t have done it myself. They knew exactly what they were going to do after they looked at it how they were going to do it. They did it very polite, courteous, clean, and when the job is done, you could not even tell that they were here. There was not even one little tiny piece of anything on the kitchen floor. These guys it was Zachary and Nicholas. That came out. They were the best technicians then you would want they did an awesome job. You should be very very honored to have them working for you because guys like that you don’t find I just wanted you to know that a super job they did and I mean just all around the clean up the whole 9 yards and I want to thank them and thank them Zachary. He looked at our under-sink problem, took photos, explained to me what needed to be fixed, gave me a couple options, and then quickly and expertly went to work. As he progresses, he pointed out our rental dishwasher was installed incorrectly, and let us know the future leak problems we could encounter. He was personable and friendly and finished the job in record time.
